Power loads include operating headroom above baseline draw. Exact circuit or generator sizing is confirmed for every booking during our technical site survey.
Presence package power figures are field-verified with our technical team. Larger packages are calculated on the same ratio and confirmed per booking.
Note for venue electricians: our distribution box accepts 380V 3-phase input and steps down to 220V per output — cabinets should never be wired directly to 380V.

  • Mounting: Free-standing on our own ground-support frame — no wall mounting required.
  • Clearance behind wall: minimum 0.6m for structure, cabling, and the power distribution box.
  • Clearance with on-site case storage: 0.8m if empty flight cases remain behind the wall during the event.
  • Viewing distance: minimum 4m, ideal range 5–20m.
  • Rigging / hanging: our standard setup is ground-supported. Hanging installations require a load-rated truss from the venue or your staging contractor — we supply the hanging hardware and coordinate load requirements directly.
  • Control station: a small table area near the screen with cable access for our operator.

On-Site Service

  • Setup time: 2–3 hours for standard sizes, 4–5 hours for a full wall.
  • Operator included: a trained LED technician runs the wall for the full event.
  • Outdoor use: cabinets are outdoor-rated; a covered position is required for the control system, and operation pauses during heavy rain or storms.
  • Delivery: available outside Cavite / Metro Manila with a transport fee based on distance.
